Constructed with sustainability and re-use in mind, this comprehensive design includes a media room, billiards area, a commercial style bar and multiple seating areas.
Low V.O.C. products and adhesives throughout contribute to the well-being of occupants. Multiple lighting layering offers general, task, safety and mood lighting respectively. Woods from sustainable F.S.I. sources were used throughout. Flooring is specified for its durability, recycled and sustainably-grown cork backing content.
The space is fully optimized by utilizing the under-stair area for wine storage. Effective space-planning provides for maximum ease of traffic pattern and exits to the patio beyond.
